The rewards received for doing online surveys are varied. They can be in the form of cash, gifts, vouchers, coupons, free products, memberships to clubs, entries into sweepstakes, access to contests, additional chances to play – and – win online games, and many others. The rewards depend upon the market research solutions provider, conducted study and the company sponsoring the study.

The Registration Profile survey allows us to locate surveys that are most suited to your industry, interests, characteristics and location. All profile information is used for classification and statistical purposes. We will never release any personally identifiable information to any thrid party or client.

Just go to the homepage and sign-in using your (old) e-mail address and password. Once you sign-in to your pinnellsurvey Account, simply click on the "update" button in the upper right hand corner of the page. You may update your user profile information at any time by simply logging-in to your account.

To become a member of the panel, just click on the "Click here to join now" button. You will be asked to complete a brief registration profile and to provide some basic information such as e-mail address, name, mailing address, etc. Once this information is submitted, our system will send you a confirmation e-mail. Simply click on the link in the that e-mail to confirm your membership. Please set your e-mail controls to accept mail from contact@sapopinion.comWe do require that you provide a valid home mailing address and we have security protocols in place to verify address validity.

To cancel your membership, please log-in to your account and click on the "update" button located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the User Profile Information section and click on the "Unsubscribe" button located under the "Cancel my membership" heading. You will be redirected to a screen that asks you to confirm the cancellation. Once you have cancelled your membership, your account cannot be reactivated at a later date.

Once you have unsubscribed/cancelled your account, you will be unable to reactivate it on your own. You must contact us at support@pinnellsurvey.com to request that your account be reactivated.

Many marketing research websites offer paid surveys for residents of countries other than USA. The region of operations and payments are generally clearly listed on the “About Us”, “Services”, “Terms and Conditions of Use” or “Privacy Policy” sections of the websites. Sometimes information about the participation or rewards programs is also available on the “Contests” and “Sweepstakes” details. Sometimes the study may be available for participation to global panelists but payments are made only to US residents.
