All profile information is used for classification and statistical purposes. We will never release any personally identifiable information to any thrid party or client.
Just go to the homepage and sign-in using your (old) e-mail address and password. Once you sign-in to your pinnellsurvey Account, simply click on the "update" button in the upper right hand corner of the page. You may update your user profile information at any time by simply logging-in to your account.
To cancel your membership, please log-in to your account and click on the "update" button located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the User Profile Information section and click on the "Unsubscribe" button located under the "Cancel my membership" heading. You will be redirected to a screen that asks you to confirm the cancellation. Once you have cancelled your membership, your account cannot be reactivated at a later date.
Once you have unsubscribed/cancelled your account, you will be unable to reactivate it on your own. You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that your account be reactivated.
